The ideal mattress should be comfortable for sleep and also flexible enough to assist with physiotherapy exercises, providing gentle support during stretching and mobility activities. A pressure-relieving, medium-firm mattress with good contouring will help reduce discomfort, prevent bed sores, and support better posture throughout the day and night.
