Event Description
On 19 November 2025, People for India (PFI) organized an impactful community service program under Nehru’s “Educate, Empower, Enlighten” initiative, aimed at improving the lives of women, specially-abled children, and local farmers. The event was graced by distinguished guests including Sri Dinesh garu (DM, RTC, KMR), Smt Dr Pramila (DWO, KMR), Smt Dr Lalitha (Asst. Professor, Telangana University), Sri M. Jaipal Reddy (Assistant Governor, Rotary Club), Sri Shankar (President, Rotary Club), several Rotary officers, Sri G. Aravind (PFI Vice Chairman), Sri K. Joseph (MEO, SS Nagar), along with key supporters, trainers, and volunteers.
During the event, PFI formally submitted a request to Sri Dinesh garu, DM–RTC KMR, for the opening of a new bus stop to support local commuters, students, workers, and rural families. The request was positively received and appreciated as an important public-need initiative.

These items were generously sponsored by Amudha Chachithanantham, Radhakrishnan Vilayannur, Manish Karani, and Preethi Chittimalla.
Women Empowerment & Skill Development
Awarding certificates to women who successfully completed:
Tailoring Training – Batch 10
Maggam Work Training – Batch 3
Distribution of five (05) sewing machines to trained women, with PFI providing ?2,000 (40% subsidy) per machine.
Donation of two (02) sewing machines to the People For India Training Center, supported by Suman Gajavelly and Manish Karani.
Farmer Support Initiative
PFI extended assistance to local farmers through the provision of tarpaulins at a subsidized rate:
Original Cost: ?2,100
Subsidized Price: ?1,500
The remaining ?600 per unit was borne by People For India, significantly reducing farmers’ expenses.
Sponsor-Wise Beneficiary Support
Numerous dedicated donors contributed sewing machines and specialized equipment to deserving beneficiaries. Sponsors such as Rama Devi & Sudhakar Gupta Yadiki, Suman Gajavelly, Manish Karani, and others played a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of women and special-needs children.
